Integrated Projects provided Design & Construction Management services for complete refurbishment of the existing building, carparking and external terraces.

The building, which hadn’t been refurbished since its original construction in 2002 was stripped back to bare shell for a full refit. External terraces were rebuilt providing an elevated view over the course. Window openings were enlarged to bring more natural light into the venue and enhance the views of the course.

The result is an open, flowing, light filled venue catering for golfers and the general public alike. The project was completed on time and under budget.
