Integrated Projects is providing full Design & Managing Contractor services for a major Seniors Living development on over 100,000 m2 of Fox Hills Golf Club. The development which has DPE approval includes up to 400 independent living units. The ILU’s are spread across 14 residential buildings, generously spaced to allow the golf course to merge seamlessly with the extensive landscaping of the residential components.

 

The circa $200,000,000 project will be development in stages to suit demand and will include extensive recreational facilities and a new 12 hole golf course.
